This Privacy Policy describes how Integritas Group, LLC ("Integritas", "we", "us") collects and uses information when you visit our websites at integritas-tec.com, integritas-group.com, auralinq.io, and integritas-labs.com (collectively, the "Sites").

What we collect automatically

When you visit a Site, we automatically collect:

• Pages you view, links you click, forms you submit, time spent on each page, and approximate scroll depth.
• Device and browser information: operating system, browser type and version, screen size, and viewport.
• Approximate geographic location (country, region, and city) derived from your IP address. We do not store the raw IP address after this derivation.
• The page that referred you to the Site and any campaign parameters present in the URL (UTM tags).
• A randomly-generated anonymous visitor identifier stored in your browser. We do not link this identifier to your name, email, or any other personal information unless you choose to provide it (for example, by submitting a contact form).

Session recordings

We record anonymized interactions on the Site — mouse movement, clicks, scrolls, and viewport changes — using PostHog's session replay feature. Form input contents (including anything you type into name, email, message, or password fields) are masked before they leave your browser and are never stored or visible to us. Session recordings are retained for up to thirty (30) days.

Who processes this data

We use PostHog Inc. (posthog.com/privacy) as a third-party service provider to receive and store the analytics information described above. PostHog acts as a data processor on our behalf. We do not share analytics data with advertising networks or sell it to third parties.

Information you provide

If you submit a contact form, we collect the information you choose to share (such as name, email, phone number, company, and message text) and use it solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not pass form submissions to our analytics provider.

Your choices

You can opt out of analytics tracking at any time by visiting our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page. We also honor the Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a GPC signal, we suppress analytics tracking automatically.

California residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (CCPA/CPRA), California residents have the right to: (1) know what personal information we collect, (2) request a copy or deletion of that information, (3) correct inaccurate information, and (4) opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information.
