Dave Chambers serves as a vCIO and Technology Advisor for Integritas Group, helping clients align technology decisions with business priorities, security requirements, and long-term growth. He brings extensive experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure, compliance, enterprise systems, manufacturing technology environments, and IT leadership.

Dave's advisory approach is grounded in real-world operational experience. He understands the pressure business and IT leaders face when balancing performance, security, cost, compliance, uptime, and business continuity. His background allows him to help clients assess their current environments, identify risk, prioritize improvements, and build practical technology roadmaps.

Rick Miller serves as Director of Service Delivery and QA for Integritas Group, where he helps ensure clients receive a consistent, organized, and high-quality service experience. Rick brings decades of experience across operations, software development leadership, application development, and technology company execution.

Before joining Integritas, Rick spent more than 14 years as Co-Founder and Senior Director at Soleo and held software development leadership roles at Nortel Networks, including Senior Manager of Applications Development and Software Development Manager. His background gives him a strong understanding of how technology services should be structured, delivered, measured, and improved.

At Integritas, Rick focuses on service delivery, quality assurance, process improvement, and client support execution. His work helps ensure Integritas delivers with responsiveness, accountability, and professionalism across every client engagement.
