A technologist, founder, and business builder, Paul has spent more than two decades helping organizations make better technology decisions across telecommunications, cloud, cybersecurity, managed services, and digital transformation. As Managing Partner of Integritas Group, he has helped companies source, design, and implement technology solutions that improve productivity, reduce cost, strengthen security, and support long-term growth.

At Integritas Labs, Paul is focused on a simple but powerful idea: businesses do not need more disconnected tools — they need a governed way to turn information into action. He leads the company's product vision, customer strategy, partnerships, and market direction, ensuring Auralinq is built around real operational problems and measurable business outcomes.

Eric brings deep experience in technology sales, carrier services, cloud, telecommunications, and strategic customer relationships. As Managing Partner at Integritas Group, he has helped organizations navigate a complex technology landscape across connectivity, compliance, security, uptime, service levels, and vendor selection. His work has centered on helping businesses cut through the noise and align technology decisions with their broader business goals.

At Integritas Labs, Eric focuses on building trusted relationships with customers, partners, and market channels. He helps connect customer needs to practical solutions, ensuring Auralinq's growth is grounded in real demand, clear value, and long-term partnership.

Scott is a cloud architect, software engineer, and platform builder with deep experience across enterprise software, AI-enabled data discovery, cloud-native development, and security-focused systems. He currently serves as Co-Founder and CTO of Auralinq and is also a founding software engineer at Octosight, where he works on cloud-based, AI-accelerated data discovery and security software designed to help organizations identify and manage risk across large volumes of unstructured data. His background also includes senior cloud and digital roles at PwC and EagleDream Technologies.

At Integritas Labs, Scott is responsible for the technical foundation of the platform. He ensures the product is built to be secure, scalable, governed, and enterprise-ready — with the right architecture, controls, and trust model from the beginning.

Dave brings extensive experience across cybersecurity, infrastructure, compliance, enterprise systems, manufacturing technology environments, and large-scale IT leadership. He has led secure architecture and compliance work for CMMC Level 2 and NIST SP 800-171 environments, including the design and rollout of secure IT enclaves for organizations with demanding security and compliance requirements. His background also includes senior technology leadership roles overseeing infrastructure, security, ERP/WMS systems, cloud platforms, disaster recovery, and enterprise risk management.

At Integritas Labs, Dave helps turn customer requirements into practical solution designs. He bridges the gap between business needs, compliance expectations, and technical implementation, ensuring Auralinq can be deployed in real-world environments where security, usability, and execution all matter.

Rick brings a rare combination of operational leadership, software development management, and long-term technology company experience. He currently serves as Director of Operations at Integritas Group and previously spent more than 14 years as Co-Founder and Senior Director at Soleo. Earlier in his career, Rick held software development leadership roles at Nortel Networks, including Senior Manager of Applications Development and Software Development Manager.

At Integritas Labs, Rick is focused on turning vision into repeatable execution. He helps shape the delivery model, implementation process, project discipline, and operating structure needed to bring Auralinq from concept to customer success. His role ensures the company can deliver consistently, scale responsibly, and stay accountable to outcomes.
