Auralinq is a multi-tenant SaaS product with per-tenant isolation and strict control boundaries — not optional polish, part of the product definition. We deploy on hardened cloud infrastructure (currently Google Cloud) and choose the platform that fits the engagement, not the other way around.
Auralinq is guided execution, not blind automation. External write-backs require human authorization. AI is bounded by blueprint context, scored for confidence, and routed to review when certainty is low.
Every trigger, decision, approval, and execution is logged in the Command Center. The full chain is reviewable — end to end — for compliance, debugging, and trust.
Every project runs in its own dedicated environment. We use containerized deployments with strict network isolation, ensuring your data never co-mingles with other clients.
All data is encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.2+ in transit. We follow the principle of least privilege for all access controls.
Only authorized team members with a need-to-know basis can access your project. All access is logged and auditable.
Your data is yours — we never sell it, share it, or train external models on it. The Auralinq platform itself is licensed to you for the duration of your engagement; your blueprints, configurations, and audit logs travel with you. Every engagement begins with a mutual NDA.
Full version control history, deployment logs, and documentation are handed over at project completion. You can audit every change we've made.
Upon project completion and handoff, we permanently delete all copies of your data from our systems. We provide written confirmation of deletion.
